Description

ICON Group performed structural restoration work at Rimini Beach Condominium, addressing key areas of the building, balconies, and garage structure. The project included balcony repairs, concrete restoration, and post-tensioning repairs to reinforce and restore critical structural components.

The work also included waterproofing the balconies to help protect the repaired areas from water intrusion and long-term deterioration. In addition to the balcony work, ICON Group completed post-tensioning repairs within the garage, supporting the structural performance and durability of the property.

Through coordinated structural repair, waterproofing, and restoration work, the project helped improve the integrity of the building envelope, strengthen affected concrete areas, and extend the service life of the condominium structure.
