Description

ICON Group performed balcony and exterior structural restoration at The Amethyst Condo in Miami Beach. The project included concrete repairs across the building facade, balcony repair work, surface preparation, and exterior painting. Work was completed using suspended access equipment to safely reach multiple elevations of the building while protecting surrounding windows, balconies, and occupied areas.

The restoration helped address visible concrete deterioration, improve the building envelope, and refresh the exterior appearance of the property while maintaining the structural integrity of the balconies and facade.
