Description
ICON Group performed extensive structural restoration work at Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort in Sunny Isles Beach, now operating as The Sunny Hotel. The project included complete full deck concrete restoration, demolition of existing concrete balconies, and the installation of new balcony structures.

The balcony reconstruction process required structural shoring, rebar installation, formwork, and concrete placement to support the new balcony system. The work was coordinated to restore deteriorated concrete elements, reinforce structural areas, and improve the long-term performance of the building’s exterior and deck areas.

This project highlights ICON Group’s experience with large-scale concrete restoration, balcony reconstruction, and structural repair work for active coastal properties.
