Description
ICON Group performed structural concrete repairs and exterior restoration at the Delano Hotel in Miami Beach. The project included concrete repair work across affected building areas, stucco application, and exterior paint restoration to help preserve the appearance and integrity of the building facade.
During the demolition phase, additional deterioration was identified beyond the original visible scope. This required responsive coordination, field assessment, and adaptive project management to properly address the conditions uncovered during the work. ICON Group adjusted the repair approach as needed to maintain progress while ensuring the structural repairs were completed with the appropriate level of care.
The restoration helped address concrete deterioration, improve the building envelope, and refresh the exterior finish of the property while supporting the long-term durability of this coastal hospitality structure.
